Academiq Studio 0.3.25 — Windows release Improves Windows workspace restoration when focus moves between the main window and its child WebView. App Lock and workspace presentation remain protected when another application becomes active or Windows locks. Delayed privacy acknowledgements can recover without reloading your work. Includes nonblocking startup update checks, manual checks, release notes, download progress, signed-package verification, optional-update deferral and explicit installation/restart controls. Existing authentication, user settings and storage locations are retained. There is no database migration or signing-identity change. The workspace must acknowledge that work is saved before installation can close it. Saved protected work can checkpoint while Software Updates covers it without unlocking or revealing content. Unsaved work, synchronization, active policy verification, unknown privacy settings and security setup forms still block installation. Supports Windows x64. Compatibility requires production updater clients at version 0.3.23 or newer; earlier test-identity installations require a reviewed production installer. Stable and beta installers use their own update channel. The installed 0.3.24 to 0.3.25 beta update was verified with authentication, data/settings and normal App Lock/workspace startup retained. This stable candidate uses the same application code and dependencies as that tested beta, with the stable update endpoint selected during its build. Builds and artifacts are verified privately, including antivirus scans, checksums and signatures. Administrator approval and publication are required before a candidate becomes a public download or update. Tauri updater packages are cryptographically signed. Windows publisher/Authenticode signing is not configured, so Windows may display an unknown-publisher or reputation warning.
