1. Request and negotiation
A partner may request a buyout or technical transition. The request identifies scope and starts evaluation; it does not transfer software, domains, infrastructure or rights.
2. Scope and restrictions
Identify the particular source code, repositories, domains, documentation, design assets, licences and operational responsibilities proposed for transfer. Third-party licences, customer data obligations and account restrictions may limit transferability.
3. Documented completion
Valuation, negotiation, internal approval, partner review, executed terms, verified settlement and an evidenced transfer checklist precede completion. Ownership records change only for authorized assets.
Transfers must satisfy the applicable legal formalities and third-party restrictions for each asset. Repository access, possession of files or a payment alone does not establish an ownership transfer.
4. Historical records
Prior agreements, ownership records and financial history remain preserved. Continuing confidentiality, retention, support and other obligations depend on the executed exit terms. Preservation remains subject to applicable retention limits and the Privacy Policy.
