1. Private commercial records
Applications, project documents, agreements, financial information and signing evidence are not public portfolio content. Access is limited to the relevant applicant, authorized participants and permitted staff.
Necessary processing by service providers, professional advisers or authorities follows the purposes, permissions and lawful disclosures described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
2. Contractual protection
An executed confidentiality agreement can add or specify rules on scope, permitted disclosures, exceptions, duration and remedies. Before such an agreement exists, the commitments in our Website Terms, submission terms and Privacy Policy, together with applicable legal duties, still apply. Technical access restrictions do not replace a confidentiality agreement where the parties need one. Discuss appropriate protections with us before sending highly sensitive material.
3. Publicity is separate
A project is private until appropriate permission is recorded. Portfolio permission and distribution services are distinct decisions. Public presentation requires review of the exact proposed content.
Within the scope of a valid withdrawal, we stop new uses and remove, disable or update affected showcase material on websites and accounts we control without unnecessary delay. We explain any separate lawful basis or contractual issue affecting the request. Copies independently retained or republished by other people may remain outside our control.
