1. Privacy request process
Anyone whose personal information Null Origin processes may contact [email protected] to request access, correction, export, deletion or to object to applicable processing. Signed-in applicants and partners may also use the portal privacy-request workflow. Null Origin reviews identity and authority proportionately before releasing information or changing records. Having no portal account does not remove applicable privacy rights.
2. Authorized exports
Interactive exports provide records accessible to the requesting account under its current permissions. Private document bodies are retrieved separately. Larger or more complex exports may require a reviewed request. A statutory access request is assessed under the applicable law and is not limited to what a portal download happens to include. You may request an eligible export before account deletion is completed.
3. Retention review
We assess deletion requests against the purpose for retaining each record and any applicable legal, accounting, contractual or dispute-related requirement. Controls against alteration do not create a right to keep personal information indefinitely. Where continued retention is justified, we explain the basis and limit further use appropriately. When retention is no longer authorised, we arrange deletion, destruction or de-identification as applicable. The Privacy Policy explains our retention approach and the treatment of backups.
